Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Combine brown sugar, Low & Slow BBQ Rub, Parsley Flakes, and Cayenne Pepper (optional) together.

Step 2

Pressure Cooker Instructions: Place a rack in your pressure cooker and place ribs inside the pot, wrapping around the inside of the pot. Pour in 1 cup water, apple cider, and liquid smoke. Close lid with vent closed. Press Meat button and cook for 25 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Slow Cooker Instructions: Pour in 1 cup water, apple cider, and liquid smoke. Place ribs inside the slow cooker. Close lid and cook on low for eight hours or high for four hours.

Step 4

Oven Instructions: Place foil-covered ribs in preheated 300°F oven. Bake ribs for 2.5 hours and check for tenderness. If not tender, bake an additional 1/2 hour. Bake to an internal temperature to 145°F.

Step 5

Remove ribs from pressure cooker, slow cooker, or oven and transfer to oiled grill. Brush ribs with BBQ sauce. Grill uncovered for 5-10 minutes to achieve desired grill marks and browning. Serve with extra BBQ sauce.
