Quick & Easy for dinner tonight or serve on Cinco de Mayo, our Build-Your-Own Taco Dinner Board is a fun and easy way for everyone to enjoy tacos their favorite way!

Directions

Step 1

Cook Lean Ground Beef over medium-high heat 6-7 minutes or until browned, breaking up and stirring, drain.

Step 2

Add 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning and water to cooked ground beef, according to package. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 3-4 minutes, stirring often, until thickened. Set aside and keep warm.

Step 3

Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chopped chicken, stirring regularly, cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked though.

Step 4

Add 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning mix and water to cooked chicken, according to package. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 3-4 minutes, stirring often, until thickened. Set aside and keep warm.

Step 5

Build your Dinner Board. Place cooked beef and chicken in serving bowls and place on tray. Add corn taco shells, soft flour tortillas, shredded lettuce, heated pinto beans, heated black beans, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, cheese, onions, cilantro, and sliced limes.

Step 6

Enjoy immediately!

To make this meal gluten-free, use McCormick gluten-free taco seasoning. Add all your favorite taco toppings to customize your Build-Your-Own Taco Dinner Board! Olives, avocado slices, green onions, peppers, Spanish rice, queso dip, pico de gallo, and corn make great additions too.
