Fifth generation proprietor Leopoldo Franceschi and winemaker Fabrizio Bindocci produce some of the most extraordinary wines from the Montalcino region, always remaining loyal to their traditional winemaking philosophy - to create wines of impeccable quality and style. Rosso Di Montalcino, made with grapes from estate vineyards located in the southern hills of Montalcino, is ruby red with a pleasantly intense bouquet of wild berry fruits. The palate is velvety and lingering with excellent structure and smooth tannins. This wine is an ideal accompaniment for pica dishes with meat sauces, roasted or grilled meats and mature cheeses.
